1. Equipment of employees: China First Capital, three robots cooperaten in proper order to line up and welding at same time, greatly reduce traditional process steps and squeeze costs, independently complete the whole unit work content with one person one machine, compared with the traditional process can reduce 5 people per shift.
2. Automatic Bus bar line up &welding machine combine six-axis robot and integrate mechanical system to precisely locate setting operation.
3. The welding system combine two six-axis robots to perform welding operations with optical integration and electromagnetic induction.
4. The powerful vision system will be able to adjust the battery string and the glass, precisely adjust the position of welding.
5. Prepared L type of bus-bar automatically, and welded the joints.
6. Automatic control feeding and discharge speed without manual intervention, one keyboard toggle.
7. Suitable for normal , double- glass modules and half cut cells modules, modular design, replacement parts of the module can realize double - glass component welding.
